My thought on Japanese Man-
After work culture

In my personal opinion, Japanese people enjoy themselves well after hard day of work.

I have such thought as i have been working part-time in a Korean restaurant for 2 years.
I have served quite a number of japanese customers while working,through my observation,they are addicted to beer very much,most of them love to drink beer. They can drink really a lot of beer compare to local customers. And most of them are good drinker,they are not easily to get drunk unless they really exceed their limit.

Japanese man love beef barbeque,korean restaurant's beef is quality beef,so the prices quite high.But japanese man do not really care about the pricing,they keep order the expensive beef as they love it very much. They spend a lot and enjoy themselves for the food and beer after working time.Other that that,they smoke a lot.In my opinion, they devide their working time and leisure time well, while working,they work hard,discipline and strive the best. After working time, they have fun and enjoy themselve with the co-worker.

Japanese customers are playful, most of the time,they dine in restaurant with korean customers as they are working for the same comapany, they are not hesitate to talk loud and laugh out loud, they are casual and friendly.Japanese customers are well mannered, they will ask politely in case they want waitress to do them a favour like order food or refill side dishes.

And there is a phenomena is while japanese customers and korean customers dine in together, you can easily found that korean customers is talking japanese as well, the communication lauguage of the 2 didderent nation is japanese lauguage. Apparently, if you wish to deal business with japanese people, it is advance if you can use their lauguage. I met a japanese customers last year, after he knew i am studying japanese lauguage,he was very happy and encourage me to go his company seek for job in future.

Besides that, Japanese customers are generous,sometimes they will give us tips (RM50-RM200)after the meal. Thay will express their feeling straight forward whether they like the foods and services or not.
